10% of ACM global members are from India currently. More presence possible. Also to do more with current members. Three main streams of deliberations:
1. Promotion of high-end research; university-industry roles.
2. Tier2/3 univ standard upliftment; institute curriculum; D&I measures.
3. Software competency enhancement in country; coding skills, standardized tests, open source.
